ABS Luggage
1. Material Durability Polypropylene Luggage: Polypropylene is a highly durable, tough plastic. It’s known for being resistant to cracking, scratches, and abrasions. PP luggage typically performs well against rough handling and extreme conditions, making it a good choice for those who travel frequently or in harsh environments. Polycarbonate Luggage. Polycarbonate is a very strong material that can absorb impacts without cracking or shattering, even under high stress. It’s highly flexible and has an excellent ability to return to its original shape after impact. PC luggage can withstand impacts from falls or rough handling, but may develop surface scratches over time.
2. Weight PP Luggage: Polypropylene tends to be a bit lighter than polycarbonate, making it a more lightweight option. This can be a major factor for travelers trying to avoid heavy luggage or adhere to strict weight limits for flights. PC Luggage: Polycarbonate is slightly heavier compared to polypropylene, but it’s still relatively light compared to other materials like aluminum. However, it’s often considered less lightweight than PP.
3. Flexibility PC Luggage: One of the advantages of PP is its flexibility. It can expand slightly when under pressure, allowing it to absorb impacts without losing shape. This flexibility is useful when your bag is overpacked or subjected to intense pressure during travel. Polycarbonate luggage : Polycarbonate is a more rigid material than PP. It’s tough and strong, but it doesn’t have the same level of flexibility. This makes it excellent for protecting fragile contents, though it may be more prone to surface scratches under pressure.
4. which is better polypropylene or polycarbonate luggage: While PP is tough, it’s generally less resistant to severe impacts than polycarbonate. However, it still provides decent protection against bumps and drops, making it suitable for most travel situations. PC Luggage: Polycarbonate is highly resistant to cracking and breaking from impact. Its shock-absorbent qualities make it ideal for protecting fragile items inside the luggage, which is one reason why it’s often chosen for high-end or premium luggage.
5. Appearance & Finish PP Luggage: PP luggage usually has a more matte finish and is available in a

wide variety of colors. It can also be prone to showing signs of wear and tear over time, particularly scratches and scuffs. PC Luggage: Polycarbonate luggage often has a glossy, sleek finish that looks premium and stylish. While it can show scratches more easily than PP, many higher-end models come with a scratch-resistant coating to minimize this issue.
6. Price PC Luggage: Generally, polypropylene luggage tends to be more affordable than polycarbonate options. It’s a great choice for travelers who are looking for good durability on a budget. PC Luggage: Polycarbonate luggage is usually more expensive due to its superior strength, impact resistance, and premium look. However, for those willing to invest a bit more, it can offer longer-lasting durability.
7. Temperature Sensitivity PP Luggage: Polypropylene is more heat-resistant than polycarbonate, which makes it less prone to damage from high temperatures or heat exposure. PC Luggage: Polycarbonate is more susceptible to extreme temperatures and can become brittle in very cold conditions, though it remains fairly durable under normal temperature ranges. Conclusion: Choose PP Luggage if you prefer a lightweight, flexible, and more affordable option. It’s great for budget-conscious travelers who want a balance of durability without sacrificing weight. Choose polycarbonate luggage if you’re looking for a premium, highly impact-resistant, and sleek option. It’s ideal for travelers seeking superior protection for fragile items and are willing to invest in higher-end luggage.
1. Raw Materials: Where It All Begins Every suitcase starts from high-quality raw materials. We work with durable plastics such as polycarbonate, ABS, and RPET, each selected based on performance, appearance, and sustainability. Using recycled materials like RPET not only reduces environmental impact but also supports responsible energy usage. All incoming materials undergo real-time quality monitoring to ensure consistency before production even begins.
2. Sheet Extrusion: Forming the Base. Plastic granules are heated and transformed into wide, smooth plastic sheets. This is done through an industrial extrusion process, which melts and flattens the material to create a base layer that’s ready to be molded into suitcase shells.

3. Vacuum Forming: Shaping the Outer Shell. These plastic sheets are then shaped into the outer shell of your Polypropylene luggage using vacuum forming technology. By applying heat and vacuum pressure, materials like ABS, polycarbonate luggage, and RPET take the form of durable, lightweight shells with clean lines and strong impact resistance.
4. Precision Molding: The Role of Aluminum We use CNC-machined aluminum molds to shape the polycarbonate luggage shells during vacuum forming. These molds are highly precise, lightweight, and quick to cool, which speeds up the process and ensures uniform quality in every piece.
5. Cutting & Drilling: Accuracy with Automation After forming, each shell undergoes automated trimming and hole punching to prepare for assembly. Our ten-axis CNC equipment handles complex cuts and holes for wheels, handles, and tsa locks with pinpoint accuracy. Integrated sensors and data systems help minimize material waste and ensure consistent sizing.
6. Injection Molding: Making the Accessories. Essential components like wheels, corner guards, handles, and feet are made using high-pressure injection molding. For new or custom designs, we also use 3D printing during the prototyping phase to reduce lead time and improve precision.

7. Assembly: Bringing It All Together The production process moves into assembly, where the molded shells are combined with linings, zippers, handles, telescopic rods, and other components. Our assembly line is enhanced by predictive maintenance systems, which keep equipment running smoothly and prevent downtime.
8. Final Inspection & Packaging Each finished suitcase goes through a strict quality control check, where we assess durability, finish, and function. Only products that meet our high standards are carefully packed and prepared for delivery to customers around the world.
